Processing and fulfilment time
We ship orders from Monday to Friday from our Hobart Store.
We always aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours.
But please allow 1-3 days for fulfilment.
Shipping Costs in Australia
Regular Shipping - Flat rate of $9.95 (excluding large or bulky items *see below).
Australia Post Express Shipping - $19.95.
Instore Collection is FREE and will be ready within an hour of your order (during opening hours).
Instore Collection
You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
You will need to present a copy of your order confirmation as a screen shot or a print out at the time of collection.
International Shipping
We ship Worldwide. Enter your address details on the checkout page for shipping costs. Please feel free to contact us with any specific queries.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
Yes absolutely. Our bears make the perfect gifts so we can include a handwritten Teddy Bear greeting card and wrapping with any order, free of charge.
Simply add your note and any other relevant details on the 'Cart' page so that we know this is a gift.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email a confirmation with all the tracking details included.
Please double check your address is correct at checkout.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for a redelivery.
To keep our rates as low as possible, we use a combination of Australia Post and couriers for all shipping
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes absolutely, you can collect your purchases at our Hobart store located in Centrepoint. This option will be provided upon checkout.
Can you do same day delivery?
We offer same day local delivery in Hobart and surrounds for a flat fee of $9.95.
