We ship orders from Monday to Friday from our Shop in Hobart.
We always aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs in Australia
Regular Shipping - Flat rate of $9.95 (excluding large or bulky items *see below).
Australia Post Express Shipping - $19.95. There may be additional charges if your order is bulky or your location is remote.
Instore Collection is FREE and will be ready within an hour of your order (during opening hours).
International Shipping
We ship Worldwide. Enter your address details on the checkout page for shipping costs. Please feel free to contact us with any specific queries.
Tracking your order
Once your teddy bear sets off on its journey, we want you to stay in the loop every step of the way so we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can follow your fuzzy friend's progress as it makes its way to your loving arms.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes absolutely, you can collect your purchases at our Hobart store located in Centrepoint. This option will be provided upon checkout.
Can you do same day delivery?
We certainly do offer same day local delivery in Hobart and surrounds for a flat fee of $10 when ordered before 12pm. Just enter your address at checkout and we will do the rest.
