The Teddy Bear Shop is a beloved local gem nestled in the heart of Hobart, Tasmania. Opening in the early 1980's, The Teddy Bear Shop has stayed true to its roots, focusing on quality Teddy Bears from renowned makers around the world, and bringing together countless bears with their adoring owners.
In mid-2023, Rebecca and William Kay took over the store, continuing operations from its current home in the Centrepoint Shopping Centre. The Teddy Bear Shop continues to work with Teddy Bear makers from all over the world, as well as local artisans.
The Teddy Bear Shop is proud to be one of the original Teddy Bear Shops along with The Teddy Bear Shop Melbourne and The Teddy Bear Shop Adelaide.
