Can I track my order?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Ah, the eagerly anticipated bear delivery dance! While exact delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method, rest assured, we're hustling as fast as a bear chasing a picnic basket to get your fuzzy friend to you in no time.

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 days and approximate delivery times are added below:

Australian Domestic: Typically 2-4 business days for standard post, or 1-2 business days for express delivery.

New Zealand: Typically 5-8 business days.

US/UK: Typically 7-9 business days.

Other International Destinations: Typically 10-14 business days.

Postage Costs

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping anywhere in Australia. (excluding very large items, see 'bulky goods' below)

In Store Pickup

If you are local to Hobart, you can choose to pick up your order from our store at 201B Centrepoint Shopping Centre, 70 Murray Street.  Orders are available for same day collection during opening hours (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays) within 1-2 hours. 

Same Day Local Hobart Delivery

Bulky Goods

Our shipping charge for bulky items is $15-$20. 

Products that incur the Bulky Shipping charge are disclosed in the product description and are automatically calculated at checkout. 

International Shipping

We ship Worldwide. Enter your address details on the checkout page for shipping costs. Please contact us with any specific queries. 


We accept payments by Paypal, Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We process our credit card payments with Shopify Payments. Your personal information is encrypted and securely processed without you leaving the security of our website.

Gifts and Packaging

Can I send my order as a Gift?

Absolutely, we love sending gifts!! We will wrap your order beautifully with tissue paper and ribbon. We can also include a personalised gift card free of charge so just be sure to complete any relevant details and your gift message in the 'notes' section on the cart page.
